If I can’t think of a water pun, I was thinking of going with a dragon pun, like Hydrake/Hydrak

Now the only question is whether the grass starter should remain grass/flying or become grass/fairy
imo grass fairy works better all around
yeah, plus it would overlap with the route 1 bird if it stayed grass/flying

yep. I really like the type combination, plus it doesn’t overlap with official starters too much.

yeah, it does share incineroar’s typing, but that’s the only official starter typing
For grass, I would say Pegaleaf as the final stage. Leafolt as the firs stage and For the middle…idk
the names have already been decided as Growly, Horshrub, and Evershush. I’m keeping the names even though the type changed.

I was hoping to get some name suggestions for the regional bird. It’s based on a Gryphon and it’s 2 stage. Still working on the typing.
for the typing, maybe flying/fire because when I think of lion I think of the fire type
