Landorus is on the upper section of the rezzai desert. Walk up the path of this rock formation(once you see what i mean, its obvious. Will try to grab a screen later but its easy to find) with tornadus and thundurus in your party and he appears
how does one get shadow mewtwo?
one does not simply get shadow mewtwo as it would appear shadow mewtwo is not available yet.

i defeated 8 out of the nine devs could not beat the last one since it bugged pretty badly
