When i launch isurgence a error message appears saying type error incompatible marshal file format [cant be read] and other trash when i click ok ANOTHER COMES SAYING EOF ERROR AND MORE TRASH THE SAME THING REPEATS AND THEN ITS WRITTEN SCRIPT POKEMON SYSTEM LINE 115:
NO METHOD ERROR OCCURED UNDEFINED SCREEN SIZE FOR " " : STRING
SOMEONE HELP! BTW IDK HOW TO SCREENSHOT[KILL ME]

If you are not suffering from 3, then you actually have a corrupt save file. There are several things you can try. One thing you can do is locate your save file (check the bottom of this FAQ page) and see the Game.rxdata (your save file.) The game may have successfully kept backups of your save, named something along the lines of “Save_0_Backup_1.rxdata”. Simply delete (or rather, move away) your corrupt save file, rename the backup of your choice to Game.rxdata and keep playing. The backups update every time you save.

Saved in the middle of a cutscene now my game is frozen! HELP!

Load a backup save, the default save file of the first save slot is Game.rxdata and backup saves are named something along the lines of Save_0_Backup_1.rxdata. Simply move away your current save file, rename the backup of your choice to Game.rxdata and keep playing. The backups update every time you save.

Hey how do i dientify the corrupt save?

Turn off autosave and find out the hard way by loading each backup. It’s literally only 4 per save file.
