JESUS CHRIST. I switched into Hawking so it could kill greninja since i thought it would spam pound or something. It spammed growl and then started chipping away at Hawking until it was at red and used its oran berry i switched into greninja and used pound thinking that would kill. It spammed growl again and then chipped at greninja until it almost died. I had to send out gia which almost died but tanked a bubble which left it at 2 HP to kill off greninja with quick attack.
Greninja then handled Dugtrio via bubble.

Tried to finish all the encounters for route 22 but then realized some pokemon here only come out at night ;-;
I could’ve gotten a scizor but oh well.

Dragons this early in the game can have dragon rage which is so OP. It can wipe out the 1st gym alone.
