for red lucarios shiny should i add a shiny shadow mewtwo stone colors or normal shadow

you dont need shiny when your recoloring just put the new one next to the back sprite and recolor

What I meant is that the colors used aren’t rly good. White with Red is a bit, well, bad IMO, they don’t make a good combo
I’d go for Light Blue and Black
