My criticism: the colors are too harsh. Try to turn it down. Also, not everything from the original sprite has to change in a recolor. Think about what you consider to be a good Shiny, and see how many colors overlap between the original and the Shiny. There are some exceptions.

Black is never a good secondary Shiny color, unless it appears on the original.
Well for one if you want the black, you have to replace every corresponding color. So Garchomp’s jaw, chest, scythe ends and knee spikes have to be black as well.
