Hello. I just recently downloaded the newest version of the game on my mac(my OS is High Sierra). I begin by opening game.exe with wine. However, before I can get out of the Darkrai Cult, the game crashes with the error “game.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience”. And YES, before anyone asks me this, I have already seen the answers to the question in the following link: HELP! Game.exe has encountered a serious problem but even after following those instructions exactly, the game still refuses to work.
I have updated the wrapper as much as possible, and even used engines 1.7.51, and 1.8 respectively; NOTHING HAS WORKED. I have tried downloading both mac and windows versions and have downloaded this game multiple times. Can anyone please help me? I want to play this game so badly.
