Hey I’m building my team for insurgence tell me if it’s good.

Delta Volcarona
Delta Venusaur (My starter)
Giratina (I think you can get it in the game) or another
Armor Tyranitar or another
Delta Haxorus
Delta Bisharp or another

Here are the pokemon that could get on my team:
Gyarados, Gengar, Delta Typhlosion, Delta Scyther, Delta Gallade, Delta Gardevoir, Excadrill, Delta Snorlax, Delta Metagross, Mew, Delta Crustle, Lucario, Aegislash.

I’d grab Excadrill and drop Giratina. D. Volc is postgame btw, so Ttar is a fine dark which pairs nicely with Drill. Make your Mega D. Venu and run Gyrardos over D. Bisharp, and put D. Scyther or D. Garde in the last slot.

Should I keep Haxorus or replace him with another pokemon?

You can keep it, or grab a good Dragon type.

Ability: Psycho Call (Regen is optimal, but you’re not getting it till postgame)

Excadrill has several good sets.

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Earthquake
  • Rock Slide
  • Iron Head
  • X-Scissor

This set can be modified with Leftovers or Expert Belt as the item and with Rapid Spin over X-Scissor and SD(Swords Dance) over Rock Slide. (You’ll still want X-Scissor over SD when fighting the Champion) The other main set is Sand Rush, which works with your Ttar.

Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (Jolly can still work btw)
