Insurgence Won't Open

I’ve extracted the game files and it still won’t open. I get these error messages and it just closes.

First of all, you may not be screwed yet so don’t panic. This can happen in one of a few ways: Closing while saving, or the game didn’t save properly and it was closed anyways (usually when the game is prevented from saving due to a permissions error of some sort. I had the first or 2nd error and now I don’t get those messages but the screen is just black and doesn’t show me the devs or Giratina, then it says my fonts aren’t working (which I don’t care for) and then it gives me this error message.
