Help in evolving Sliggoo!

So I’ve looked for information on evolving Sliggoo, and it says just hit lvl 50, rain isn’t required (like in the mainstream games). Thing is, my Sliggoo is already lvl 55 and nothing happens.
Anything I’m missing? Any help will be greatly apprecciated.

Well, actually, Rain IS mandatory to evolve him.

@PeterHolmes74 does it need to be in the overworld or rain dance works? If it’s in the overlord, where should i go??

It always rain on route 10, west to Sonata Hills.
