Nut is an absolute tank. Run spiky shield, toxic protect and seed bomb or somethin and 252 HP and sp.def with 4 on def and it stalls like a god. I actually liked it before I started competitive and now I love it even mone!

Why both Protect and Spiky Shield? You can’t just alternate them, the fail chance works like it was the same move.
