after i spoke to the scientist in suntouched city i spoke from behind so after she finished talking she just froze in place any suggestions on what to do?
Soft reset. If you say, auto saved, you can try to revert to a backup

The folder is called Pokémon insurgence if you’re on windows. It will be in saved games. For Mac, it’s in the game itself.
i found the backup files and renamed them but the all open to the frozen scientist for some reason and i dont remember saving 3 times is there any other solution?

Not really, but you never know.
I stumbled upon the same situation but i fixed it, to fix it just patch the game with an older version then when ur done moving to the front of the scientist, save and repatch the game to the normal version. Hope it worked out for ya!
