Changes from the Alpha Test

Greetings,

Due to some tests at the Alpha Test period, these changes occurred:

1- Mega Delta Bisharp base stat changes:

2- Mega Typhlosion base stat changes:

3- The move Livewire changed its paralysis rate from 100% to 70%.
4- New Moon boosts Dark type attacks only, Ghost type attacks boost dropped.

Fair enough id say. M Typhlo will probably generally perform better because of this even, still outspeeds a lot of pokes and will continue to be able to revenge kill
