Why does New Moon only make dark and ghost moves 35% stronger and weakens fairy by 25%, when the other weathers, rain and sun, increase the respective moves by 50% and reduce the others by 50%. Is it because New Moon buffs both ghost and dark instead of just one or am I missing something?
