I have beaten the taen quest and fought zygarde but I didn’t catch him is there any way for me to get zygarde With the zygarde cube or do I have to beat the league to spawn him again? If it is possible to get him with the cube where are the cells and cores located I tried the wiki but I went to all of the locations and couldn’t find anything.
Go to Terminus Cave (connected from Naragex Forest in the Void Gauntlet). Catch Zygarde there and then go back to Dragon Ruins to get the Cube from Gail.
What if I somehow already have the cube?
Get Zygarde and then check with Gail again.

As this page on the wiki says, Zygarde is in the Terminus Cave, which is a section of the Void Gauntlet.
