im trying to do a ghost monotype nuzlocke on hard mode and damians infernape with taunt is going to prevent me from setting up, so i caught a pancham in a friend safari to use for rock smash and to add pancham to my pokedex so i can dexnav it. i finally found a pancham that was holding an item but it was holding an everstone instead of a mental herb??? why did that happen?

Did you dexnav it in a place where you can find roggenrolas? If so I think it will hold an everstone if it replaces a roggenrola encounter when dexnaving.

so basically i have a 0,05% chance to encounter a pancham holding a mental herb. rip me i guess
