Yesterday my tyrogue hit level 20 and evolved into hitmontop, but it hasn’t learned it’s signature move of triple kick. Help?

Insurgence is based on the games of gen 6 ORAS, Hitmontop lears triple kick at level 19.
If you have a heart scale, the move realearner in your secret base can teach it again.
