There is a Massive block of ice where the player asks themselfs what could´ve cause the tempreture drop in the cave where you beat audrey. I guess it is related to Lugia later on but i wanted to make sure since i tend to forget things and i don´t want to miss much.
I believe the Ice Rock is unrelated, but Lugia is still related to the Whirl Islands cave later on.

the ice rock is in reference to evolving eevee into glaceon after leveling up near it. Same thing for the mossy rock in murk forest is for leafeon.
