Whimsicott + Encore/Stun Spore... Banned?

Well, that’s my question. Is it absolutely imposible for W to learn this moves in Insurgence?

I mean, maybe is true for Encore (there are no Z-moves around to break it and Dark is not inmune to Prankster), but I don’t think Stun Spore is sooo OP, being Plant and Electric inmune. Is it doable via Egg Move or smth?

PD: I don’t pretend to misvalue the Dev’s work or complain about their positioning on meta. Only I have to know 'cause Prankster W is sooooo fun and I love it xD

Whimsicott’s movepool is not changed from its ORAS movepool. Encore is an egg move. Stun Spore is not part of its ORAS movepool.

My bad, I didn’t know any of that stuff!

Thank you a lot, now I feel like Encoring some bad guys. Sad for Stun Spore thou, but Tailwind will do.
