so im a bit stuck on where to go after i defeat the professor who wants to catch the delta regi. where do i go to continue my quest of Nora.

also stuck in quest of Damian where i rescued audrey from kyogre.

Nora should be in Gaea town. Damian in Dream realm south of 8th gym
