Where to catch Delta Misdrevous?

on the wiki he tells me that he is interacting with snowmen but I’ve only seen two of them and I’ve already had 100 attempts and nothing

For me, I found Delta Misdreavus after completing the Reukra postgame quest, the wiki is sometimes unreliable

there are a total of 13 snowmons (counting the pikachu and pichu snowmons as 1). keep walking around all over Deyraan town (including at the bottom near the tracks) and interacting with the new snowmons that appear. D. Misdreavus will appear when you find the misdreavus shaped snowmon :))

I never even bothered going into my trainer card. Also was D. litwik in the game corner as well in 1.2.3? Cause if it was, then I definately am on 1.2.3

i don’t really remember since it was a few months ago but I’m 99% sure it is cuz d litwick is not in sonata hills, not the game corner in 1.2.5
