Where is TM122 Spikes?

I want to look for it, but the wiki doesn’t list it. Is it not available yet? If it is though, where is it? Thank you.

I’m pretty sure it simply is not available yet. I’m not certain whether it’s bugged or was never intended to be in the game though.

I checked and it isn’t. I even checked all of the items that can be found in Torren, Holon and the Dream Realm, and neither of them have TM122 Spikes.
