In 1.1 it was in samsara within the strength boulders. Now in 1.2 it isn’t there anymore 
Are you sure don’t have it? If not, then I have no idea.
Scald is still there. On the right wall near the entrance, there’s a Manaphy Statue you can heart swap with.

How do I obatain it. Can’t seem to reach it
on the wall right to the left of the statue, go down a bit to the corner and stand right in it.
