Where is the tm for Dragon claw and Sludge bomb?

I’m looking for the tms but have not found them yet.

There’s a guy selling Sludge Bomb at the end of Route 15. I don’t remember exactly where Dragon Claw is, but you can find it before the fight with Nyx somewhere. Just progress with the story and you should find it.
