I want to evolve my Dusclops but when i fnially got to Helios and rushed to the top floor with all the items that help certain pokemon evolve by trading i didn’t find it. Where can i find it or is it even in the game yet?

There is no Eviolite in the game yet, not sure why Fel suggested it.
