I have been trying to beat them for a couple hours now without success even after switching to easy mode. Please what is good team to beat them with what skills and at what level? I tried another team I saw here but it didnt work. (I choose a d.charmader as a starter if it matters)

Hard to help without knowing what your current team is. Best Pokémon I can think of is Delta Snorlax. If you put Belly Drum, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, and Drain Punch / Earthquake it can honestly sweep most E4 teams.
