So I just completed the Taen quest and captured Zygarde. Now I’m wondering which pokemon I should use my master ball on (and other master balls). Any suggestions?
I’d recommend probably Arceus, as even though it doesn’t have Perish Song anymore, there’s still a difficult battle that precedes the fight without a chance to save. Beyond that nothing is too difficult with the combination of Snore + Ancient Balls. Possibly Latios, as that also requires going through a cutscene before the encounter?

doesn’t meloetta know perish song? and doesn’t volcanion learn explosion? or were these removed as well
Those were removed in 1.2.5’s patch, the so-called ‘suicide’ legends had levels adjusted so they would not have such moves.
