But TLDR: It is a virus your pokemon can get that doubles the EV’s that you would normally get from a battle (1 speed EV will become 2 EV’s instead). This effects remains even if your pokemon loses the pokerus. You can spread this by keeping one pokemon with the virus in your party. However since it is rarer than getting a shiny pokemon, it’s recommended you keep 1 pokemon in your pc with it so you can spread it whenever.
