Just wanted to make sure, but the “only OU Pokemon” stipulation means every Pokemon up to OU is usable, not just exclusively Pokemon in the OU tier?

If you only allow OU pokemon, this tourney is dead. No one is going to have fun with the limited options they get. Keep in mind that NO weather setter is in OU. NONE. So please do not only allow OU. Just make it so that we can only not use Ubers.
