PETITION TO FORCE THE DEVS INTO MAKING WATERFALL A TEACHABLE MOVE

People need to build Swamperts and Gyarados’, y’all.

(is it breedable? can i take something that learns Waterfall by level up and breed it with Swampert/Gyarados to get a Swampert/Gyarados with Waterfall?)

Update: you can breed Waterfall onto Mudkip. Not quite the same there with Magikarp tho
