I just got the 6th badge and arrived in Oranos Town.
there is no hm waterfall in game. youre gonna have to chain breed if you want the move waterfall.
sorry but as far as i know, only decent physical water move left is water shuriken though its REALLY unreliable.

Honestly I forget what moves it knows other than Muddy Water and Earthquake, but EQ, Ice Punch, and Waterfall seems good to me.
