So Waterfall A very powerful water physical move is missing from the game and there is no other physical water type move (other than water shuriken but it’s unreliable), ok I understand there is a Hm replacement but that move is still useful especially to physical mons such as swampert, kingdra, Physical Greninja. Any plans on the devs adding it? is there a list or page of things that the devs are going to add that I can check or visit?
From what I know, the devs are not going to add it. Also they won’t plan on adding anything content wise really. They’re just gonna focus on bugs.

If you wish to get waterfall on your pokes, breed or chain breed. Other than that, sorry, you’re boned.
Added a replacement for waterfall HM forgot to program waterfall HM terrific.

All the mons you mentioned are capable of getting waterfall in Insurgence, you just need to chain breed. The only mon that could make good use of waterfall but does not have access to is gyarados I think.
