There are two aerial ace TMs in this game. The one East gives you, and one is available in Kepler city, south of the pikataxi man. Not to mention, Kepler city is AFTER you beat East, so you are guaranteed to already have aerial ace.
I noticed that too. Maybe you should let the devs or mods know about this and they might replace the TM from Kepler City into a new TM.
