Trying to replace my current core with older one

Hey all

So I’ve never been on the forums before, but I had a problem with getting stuck in the pokepon, as do a lot of people it seems, and after the backup saves didn’t work I decided to try fixing it by downloading an old core and cancelling the cutscene start.

But I have no idea how to do this, and after scouring the forum for a good hour or so I still can’t figure it out.

Does anyone have the answer?

Thank you! It worked perfectly. It seems it was caused by not leaving sonata city in between pulls. I’ll be more careful next time!
