Togekiss

In Vipik city, I got an egg that became a Togepi. I put the Togepi in the daycare, then brought it out as a level 32. I evolved it all the way up to a Togekiss. Now, when I train Togekiss with a level trainer, it doesn’t seem to be learning any new moves. Any suggestions? Movesets?

Stone evolutions typically don’t learn more moves, but it may learn things via the Move Relearner

Thanks. I just bought the move relearner, but now I can’t get any heart scales. I need some way to farm heart scales (I also need to reteach venusaur psychic)
