This annoying message pops up every time. Help?

This weird message has been popping up for a while. If i click Quit, the launcher closes. If i click Continue, the message closes, and nothing seems to change.

It’s starting to get really annoying since my internet has gotten laggier.
Has anyone else gotten this? If you’ve solved it, how?
I use Windows 10 if that helps.

Just giving suggestions to troubleshoot and my installation via launcher went smoothly ,

  1. Did u give Administrator User Account privelage when doubleclick install program?
  2. Otherwise , it could be a part of the download that got corrupted, which redownloading could fix.

Go to C:\Users[Your Name]\AppData\Local\InsurgenceLauncher, then delete all files in there.
