for gyradose i assume you want moxie for ability then you alright with torrent for blastois and regenerator for slowbro? both are probably best choice for them on that setup. umbreon you have choice of Synchronize, Inner Focus and Milotic has Competitive, Marvel Scale, Cute Charm

Milotic is probably Marvel Scale umbreon both are very close / similar in what you would want
leave them with the best that you think
ok and for milotic what ev did you want trained since you listed Defense Hp and Speed would only be able to have 2 or would have to train half of one half another and for that i would need to know what 2 where half trained

at this point i have 4 of them at perfect iv and have spent more time trying to breed a 6iv slowpoke then basicly all the others combind you fine with a slowbro that is missing perfect attack iv because you have a nature that is - attack on it anyways so you would use a special attack setup on it anyways
