Team Eon is an evil team. Their goals is to catch Latias and Latios. They will use Latias and Latios for something evil but i don’t know what it is any ideas?

The Soul Dew? Not much lore has been expanded off that item, so you could always say something like “it grants eternal life” or “revival of the dead.” Or just simply to power a doomsday device to take over the world.

heres an idea combining all the other suggestions: team eon is after the power to manipulate souls. to this end they research pokemon like manaphy and certain ghost types and eventually stumble across the soul dew. unfortunately no on knows where the soul dew is so they decide to capture latios and latias to get them to make a new one. their ultimate goal is to rule the world and no one would be able to stop them. may add on more later but this is what ive got

Team eon wants to control necrozma so that they can make all the other legends become like dawn wings and dusk mane necrozma.
I think they’re only after the Eon duo, and other Legendaries just further that goal.
