Well, I do find the specials a bit annoying to use, but their float+aerials at ground level is OP.
Also, why is Fox not top tier?

Because people realize its the best Gimp move in the game. It much far away and more important, it does not send in Hitstun, so the enemy does not get back its Up B.

Dark Wizzy is MK Leo’s training partner, so he have a ton of matchup knowledge against Mario. And Yet, at 13 years old, prodigy is the one who ended up winning against the best player in the world.
