I think that the Cyndaquil evolutionary line should naturally learn the Psychic move Extrasensory. It would add a bit of flavor the movepool of the Johto starter evo-line.
The majority of the existing movepool consists of mostly Normal and Fire type moves. The exceptions to this is the Rock type move Rollout, and later Typhlosion can learn Gyro Ball through a relearning mechanic. This seems a bit underwhelming and weird considering that Cyndaquil, Quilava, and Typhlosion have a naturally higher Special Attack stat as opposed to a physical Attack Stat.
Hope you guys consider adding Extrasensory to the natural level up move pool.
