I got the same issue, just need either a choice scarf for my Delta Syther to use Icicle crash or a Focus Sash lemme know soon cuz I’m getting cucked. (Nvm, swapped to easy to deal with it. Normal gives it such an easy chance to wipe with the mega evolution)
its not a softlock and there is a way out of it but it is going to be excruciating probably you could theoretically use dexnav trainers to level up until you can beat rayquaza but it might take a bit of time or someone could trade you stuff
