Fairly new player here, got to the part where you get captured by zenith, but my pokemon were weakened and beat going through the Infernal Dungeon. When I woke up I was stuck in the bars beside the door with no way out… and I thought a save quit might fix it but now I’m perma-stuck there. I really don’t want to fully restart my playthrough, so if anybody can think of a way out it would be a great help.

If you haven’t saved more 3 times it should work :))
I have the same problem… I stuck without even battling once against the guard…
Try upgrading to 1.2.7 here. There’s a teleportation script that will fix this issue and will allow you to progress again.
