I was going to catch delta snivy and I entered the strength puzzle however unfortunately i became trapped inside the puzzle my save back ups are from 2/28/18 and too old to use i saved inside the strength puzzle can someone help me?!?!?!??!!??!/ I also have no escape ropes / teleport mons

If you remembered to pick up the dex nav at the beginning of the game, use it’s memory chamber function (The blue pokeball on the right) and you can try to black out.
