Use an autosave or faint yourself using the dexnav’s trainers. Autosaves are located in the same place as your saves.

where did you find autosave files i am using windos

Windows: C:\Users\(your name)\Saved Games\Pokemon Insurgence

Don’t actually type (your name) in the search bar by the way. Replace it with the name of the drive.
