Try To load a backup
If you already saved, you can try to black out by opening the dex nav, hitting the memory chamber option (pokeball icon at the right) and fighting the level 50 pokemon until you eventually lose a battle. You should be sent to a Pokecenter. I’m pretty sure you will get suck once again if you try to return, so I suggest simply waiting until a patch that fixes this bug is released.
