Pokemon name: Kroakan
Mine pokemon
Type: Steel/ poison (delta shinx already is so) maybe steel/flying its a rare typing.
ability:Multihaul-self-destruct and explosion only do 1/4 of krokan’s total hp when full.
(Since pokemon insurgence has darker themes this pokemon would make sense for extreme cultists and there was mention of a previous war.)
If evo of koffing trade with empty shell/ dud mine.
possible moves: astonish,metal burst,self-destruct, explosion, nuzzle, iron head, iron tail, flying press, mean look, destiny bond, roar, thief, sucker punch,metal sound, gyroball, pursuit, toxic,shock wave.
unique:shrapnel, steel,-power varies accuracy:90; sadistic, dark, lowers def and sp def, but raises foes speed. defoliate: foes evasion drops.
Pokedex: This pokemon was used in the war with kanto, its destructive capabilities making its existence classified by the military. Once used by pirates.

I’m liking this idea, but i think you’ve got the problem of having too much on one plate. theres just so much going on with this sprite it’s hard to tell what is what.

Thank you, its one of the old fanarts I made a long time ago its gotten more detailed every time I revised it over the years. Maybe I’ll redraw my fossil legendary tazmanian tiger sometime, I don’t have a picture anywhere, but in my mind with old computers long dead

Its supposed to be a sea mine, a pirate with head band, mustache, and ponytail. I thought it came together well, but you may have a point. Simple ideas usually feel like they need more detail to me.
This time I deltaized koffing and weezing, I had weezing’s twin riding the bigger one, but it kept looking out of place so I finally decided the delta has to keep covering itself in metal to keep containment of its reactor. It also tries to keep burning the energy off by constanatly moving.

Thanks I’ve had the idea and revised it many times since gen 2. I’ve been replacing sprites of old official pokemon with new ones to spice up the encounters slightly. I swapped out golbat for kroakan.
