Both are good. Use totodile if you don’t have a mega in mind, mega feraligatr is a beast. My condolences if I just spoiled the fact that there is a mega feraligatr to you.

Yeah your delta blastoise can mega evolve too. I personally think totodile will be more helpful regardless if you use its mega, but I’m crazy tired so don’t trust me xD
