Solo run mega

If you do a solo-run challenge with a pokemon that can mega-evolve (or whose final form can mega evolve), do you get their corresponding mega-stone in the perfection base or just one of the normal starter mega-stones?

If it's the second, they should really change it so it does the first thing.

Edit: Also, does anyone have any recommendations for a good pokemon to use in a solo-run?

You get the mega stone for Delta Charizard.
