Can you soft reset for hidden ability and shines like normally
shinies yes but not ha’s as far as I’ve been told

Hidden Abilities are only available from catching Friend Safari Pokemon or by spending Dream Mists in Gaea Town to change a Pokemon’s ability to it’s HA.
