I tried to create a snow team just I have no idea how good or bad it is. I’ve never really gotten into competitive Pokemon so I don’t have a real idea what I’m doing thus I’m working around weather teams especially with the Ice-deltas in insurgence

Aurorus @ Icy Rock Ability: Snow Warning EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe Modest nature

Delta Glalie (F) @ Rocky Helmet Ability: Rock Head EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef Relaxed nature

Excadrill (F) @ Leftovers Ability: Mold Breaker EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef Careful nature

What could I do better?

Perhaps consider replacing the Mega Delta Scizor for Delta Scizor/Delta Scyther. The mega gets adaptability while Delta Scizor/Scyther has access to Ice Cleats which doubles your speed in hail. For the mega slot switch it to Delta Gardevoir perhaps? I’m not much of a competitive battler either so thats really all I have for now. Not sure what would be a good change for the other teammates.

I wouldn’t recommend a Hail team since they aren’t very good atm, but here’s some tips i guess.

Change Aurorus to Abomasnow

I agree with Fel to change Delta Scizor to a Delta Scizor. Use an Adamant nature with a life orb. Replace substitute with hone claws, and replace shadow claw with ice shard.

For Delta Gardevoir, Use a timid nature with a life orb. Replace Thunder Wave with Livewire and replace Calm Mind with Focus Blast

Your Azumarill seems fine, but I would replace it with a Rotom-W because your team is very weak to Talonflame and other physical attackers.

Replace Delta Glalie with a Clefable, it is a much better defensive pokemon. Use Calm Mind/Thunder Wave/Calm Mind/Moonblast with a 252hp/176/84spdef spread.

Replace Excadrill for a bulky Garchomp.

Note blizzard is 100% accuracy in hail so you might want that over ice beam. A bit inconsistant otherwise so keep that in mind.
